Shon Ski born August 6, 1993. Is an influencer and creative from East Baltimore, MD. Shon has a very diverse style, and is musically influenced by eclectic jazz, hip-hop and R&B flavor. She embodies a 90’s persona, with a down home Baltimore feel in her style.

Shon’s style is influenced by artists such as: Tribe Called Quest, Bone Thugz N’ Harmony, Erykah Badu, John Coltrane, and many, many more.

 

Shon Ski is a Songwriter, Rap-Singer, Audio Engineer, Media Personality, and Model. She inspires her community by creating platforms to showcase creatives in the Baltimore and DC area, within her radio and podcasting endeavors.

 

In 2016, she joined Karlito Freeze as a co-host on Strong Way Radio. Strong Way Lifestyle left an immense impact on the urban/hip-hop scene in Baltimore City, with its Artist Highlights and interviews.

Later in 2018, after graduating from Full Sail University with her Certification in Audio Production. Shon began her own media company; Run N Wild Media, and creatively developed Run N Wild Radio, which transitioned into Run N Wild Podcast by mid 2019. Powered by 1500 Radio. 

​

Also in 2018, Shon released her first single "On Fleek", produced by Da Gawd Beats. Shon was also featured on S.U. Tha Clique's "Summer Vacation" EP; "Summer Vacation" and "P***y Rule the World". In early 2019 Shon dropped a music video for her single "Watching Me" a remix of Jill Scott's work from the album "Who is Jill Scott". Later in 2019 the single and music video for "Jiggy" was released.

In 2020, Run N Wild Media has produced a spin-off talk show styled web series entitled: Third World TV. Continuing to highlight the DMV's creative arts community. She brings spunk, style, and personality. Along with co-hosts Synik and Cincear 64 with this raw introspective view of ideas, problems and solutions for aspiring entrepreneurs. Ski's background in Volunteer Coordination and Administration; working for Baltimore City's Arts Council, helped to lay the foundation of RWM. Working with the arts community has been impactful in her career thus far.

Ski has also featured as a counter-part in Karlito Freeze's video "Quarantined Unemployment, released in early 2021. She's also been a  featured artist in shows across the DMV such as: Onle' Vibez, Phreespace, The Cleanse and many more.

Shon Ski, released "Double Water" produced by: Boogie Madison, Bari Lutalo and Akeal Evans in mid 2021; which is currently being spun on 1500 Radio in Baltimore. Also, the album version of "Water" has a video currently streaming on YouTube; shot by CreativeMindz. She plans to release her debut album "Somewhere Out There" in March of 2022.
